The Anatomical Pathologist is a physician who specializes in anatomical pathology. They examine body tissue to diagnose medical condition and provide written diagnostic reports to the attending physician/medical provider. The successful candidate will join our team of anatomical pathologists in providing diagnostic expertise and consultation services to our patients across Alberta. Our pathologists are also involved in tumor boards, multidisciplinary rounds and resident teaching. The selected candidate will join a large group of pathologists, medical microbiologists and clinical chemists and will also be eligible for an academic appointment in the Department of Laboratory Medicine and Pathology at the UofA.
