Responsibilities/Duties:

Practitioner(s) filling this position will assess, make recommendations, and follow patients within the CAMH-Central services clinic. Psychiatrists function within an interdisciplinary team providing holistic care to patients. They have the opportunity to collaborate as clinical preceptors and educators for the medical students and residents rotating through this training site. Since the pandemic, a substantial amount of this work is being performed virtually, although on-site work is consistently also required as well to serve the full population of patients adequately. All psychiatrists working at our community clinics also participate in on-call roster serving our community’s acute care hospitals.

The candidate must be eligible for Licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta.
