Description:
The family physician will provide comprehensive ambulatory care services to the local community and existing panel of patients, including basic ante-natal care and management of complex diseases. We seek a rounded individual who is a good listener and competent physician who wishes to work with a small but friendly team. Responsibilities will include contribution to the running of the clinic in following practice guidelines and involvement in quality initiatives. The clinic is open 5 days per week, 9-5pm, however the hours and scheduling may vary in the future.

Qualifications:
Medical Degree from a recognized medical school, with College of Physician and Surgeons eligibility. Post graduate training in family medicine or General practice, eligibility for MFCP or existing MRCGP or equivalent.

The community has strongly supported the clinic and values the services offered. Many patients come from surrounding rural areas and some from Calgary to receive services This modern clinic opened in 2012, has 4 examination rooms, uses Wolf EMR and is closely linked with the community pharmacy. It is well equipped for minor procedures and has expansion possibilities.
