Maple Leaf Health Centre is looking for an enthusiastic, full-time family physician to join our team. The successful candidate will work 4-5 days a week, covering some evenings and weekends on a pro rata basis. The physician will see roughly 75% pre-booked patients and 25% same day acute patients. The physician will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team liaising with PCN allied health professionals such as CDM nurses, behavioural health consultants and dieticians. The clinic also has an on-site pharmacist who will be available to help physicians with any prescribing queries and to assist in managing chronic disease patients.
