In the 21st century, the town has seen a major growth in commercial development, with many franchise restaurants and a few big-box chain stores opening in the community.The Clinic was built in 2016, and has room for 4 physicians at a time. Each physician gets 2 nicely outfitted exam rooms with computers and printers in each. Onsite it is supported by the Calgary Rural PCN, and also has a full pulmonary function lab and a Obstructive Sleep Apnea therapy group.
