We would like to advise you that PLC is recruiting an Inpatient Psychiatrist. PLC Inpatient Psychiatrists work among a multidisciplinary team of nursing staff, social workers, occupational therapists, recreational therapists and managers. Caseload typically consists of 5-6 patients. A successful candidate will work as part of a larger team of psychiatrists which help with coverage in ER, Short Stay Unit, Day Hospital, conducting ECT and oncall responsibilities will occur at PLC. Recent experience of working at PLC either as staff or a resident will be highly considered.

COVID-19 Vaccination Information for Medical Staff

Alberta Health Services has approved a mandatory Immunization of Workers for COVID-19 vaccine policy, effective immediately. In accordance with the Policy, all contractors and AHS employees, including medical and midwifery staff are required to befully immunizedagainst COVID-19 prior to their first day of practice.
