Cancer Care Alberta, Alberta Health Services is accepting applications for afull time Medical Oncologist position at the Grande Prairie Cancer Centre (GPCC) in Grande Prairie, Alberta. The successful applicant will join a team of multidisciplinary cancer programs with Cancer Care Alberta medical oncologists currently working within the systemic treatment area and are involved in research, teaching and patient care.

Qualifications include an MD, certification in Internal Medicine, special competency in Medical Oncology (or equivalent), and eligibility for licensure in the Province of Alberta

The annual compensation will be calculated in accordance with the Cancer Care Alberta Physician compensation grid for Medical Oncologists ranging from $318,086.00 to $457,875.00. Grid placement will be based on qualifications, training and experience.Recruitment Incentives:- Relocation Support: up to $10,000 for recruits within North America and up to $15,000 for recruits outside North America)- Strategic Incentives: the successful candidate is eligible for an additional recruitment incentive of up to $50,000 conditional on leadership approval.
