The Department of Rural Medicine, Calgary Zone is seeking applications from physicians with a background in urgent care or emergent care to join the team at the Okotoks Urgent Care Centre.
This is a one year term position starting September 1, 2022 to August 31, 2023 and will include four shifts per month. Evenings and weekends expected. The successful candidate should have the ability to pick up open or traded shifts within the group, as well as shifts needed to be covered at short notice due to unexpected physician absence or illness.

Current ACLS and BLS required.
Previous experience working in urgent or emergent care.
The candidate must be eligible for Licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta.
Must read, write and speak English.
